During the busiest spending season of the year, an organization is promoting a marketplace where money isn't needed. The Really Free Market, organized by the activist group Direct Action Anti-Authoritarians Collective, is a place where people can drop off donated goods for free. "Everything is free, and everyone is welcome," said ______, a member of the group. The outdoor market is scheduled from 1 to 3pm Saturday at Sutter Avenue and Paradise Road in West Modesto. "It is a setting where people can bring things they no longer want and people can get things for free," _____ says. "There is no money or barter involved, but it is a gift economy where you contribute so others can have and take." The most needed items are children's clothing and coats, food , toys, books, and household necessities, _____ said. Donations can be dropped off anytime during the market. At last years market, _____ said, needy families and the homeless were the biggest benefactors.
